Seller purchase the boat in 2008 it had 285 hours on it then.
The boat was purchased from Merinet Menominee, Wisconsin.
Teak work needs done on deck boards by anchor locker.
Thermostat does not work.
Small stains by ladder, no water leaking below decks,Jib/Jenny not worn its covered & he took sails to sailmaker every yr, all sails are in good condition.
Has never used the generator, therefore has no idea on the hrs. Does not know the size of A/C & does not work. It has reverse cycle heat. No windlass
